Smith Mountain Lake Big Lick Triathlon, 9.22.2007

Little to no training between Chicago and this one, plus a very hilly course after training in flat Chicago. But I didn’t walk any of the 6 miles, so that was an accomplishment. Oh, and check out that swim improvement!
